There is no software that will fix either RAM or Hard Drives. The first xp installation windows worked, while the second had a blue screen error. How can I find out the make and model of the sound card. So, I then pulled out the HDD and placed it in a usb converter to see if the HDD is bad but it works fine on other computers.
