I've tried finding every program in my firewall from MLB or swarmcast and giving them permission and it still won't work. I am using a Dell Inspiron 1700 laptop that I bought new in February 2010. I tried clearing the cache, defragging, updating adobe flash player, and raising the buffer limit on Firefox. My cpu stays at around 20% while my GPU stays at 9%.

Video almost never moves and audio stutters constantly. reseat GPU? I know that that is enough speed/power and it shouldnt be stuttering.
