the vga will be a little loose but this is not a problem just attach the cable and use the screws it's not going anywhere. You can't honestly get anything better than a Radeon HD 6670 because if you did, your CPU would bottleneck your GPU, and that is not do-able. You should try to have a PSU that runs a little extra power then the exact amount required by your components.
