I am unable to right click on the start button, won't stay up one enough for me to do it. To do so, press Win Key + I to open Settings. Google it if you need to know how to do that. You need to type appwiz.cpl in the open box. navigate here

What now? I propose it is probably the same problem. It only started after I uninstalled an El Capitan emulator (windows x live) on my PC and nothing seems to be working. Just drag that dialogue to side.
I unchecked both of what has been said. I had the same problem with a x2gen bargain monitor. But... Problems with a screen saver and other glitches in W10 made me reason I'd better install the update.
