i have asked 3 IT staff to fix this and they couldn't. Now Windows Explorer is slow as is opening any of the drives, it seems to take a long time to open anything. Maybe the Windows 7 version on my older HP is a little different, although I always update these computers. There are also no other startup programs running since these are fresh installs.
