So I found a way around it, and if you have photoshop it is simple after about 2 minutes of trial and error. Stretch your screen saver over all of your monitors, up to three or even four monitors. I just wish I'd thought of that sooner.

All you had to do was open the Control Panel, go to the personalization section, right-click on the images you wanted, tell them which display to use them on, and you John's Background Switcher it will mimic Win+Tab. Change each monitor's image position and scale to compensate for your monitor's bezel, or just zoom in on an interesting part of the image.
